Notice is hereby given that referendums will be taken on the proposal contained in these Bills.

Thirty-ninth Amendment of the Constitution (The Family) Bill 2023

Fortieth Amendment of the Constitution (Care) Bill 2023

The Bill may be viewed at www.oireachtas.ie

The poll will be held on the 8th day of March 2024, between the hours of 7.00a.m. and 10.00p.m.

Polling Day Order

The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage has appointed 8 March 2024 as the day upon which polling shall take place at the referendum to be held on the proposal for the amendment of the Constitution contained in the Thirty-ninth Amendment of the Constitution (The Family) Bill 2023 and the Fortieth Amendment of the Constitution (Care) Bill 2023.
